Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once he grows up.

One of the weird things I had to face about myself was that I am both artistic and analytical. It used to drive me nuts that the people in my art classes hated math and the people in my math classes though artists were losers. (I have written an essay on this, soon to be posted in turbulence section of the site) At this point in my life, I have reconciled the two "halves". Now I think of myself as a whole person with different and compatible facets.

I believe I have used almost all media available for artists, including water color, clay, acrylic, oils, metal (I knit chain mail while working at the Rennaissance Faire and I did some welding for a Burning Man project), paper mache (mostly for gifts I have given), glass, pen and ink. What you see here is an outpouring of heart, mind and soul.
