This is a medium I rarely use.
And unfortunately, the pictures did not scan well as I would have liked
so I had to do some adjusting. The resulting images are a little different
from the originals, but they are to my liking. Like the watercolors, I tend
to layer colored pencils to get the exact colors I want. The first and third
were done from photographs in National Geographic magazine. The second is from
an album cover - I gave it to a friend in high school and he still has it framed
*grin*.
